My kitchen sink water valve broke. It’s leaking. I had more water damage than I thought. My friend referred me to Jess HSL Restoration and I am so glad for the referral. Jess gave me a quote. He explained what happened, what he was doing, what would happen and how to go from there. Everything with the insurance claim Jess was easy to reach return phone calls in a very timely manner and great communication. He was very kind nice, easy to talk to, thorough, very professional and explained everything in detail! He did an excellent job, tearing things out, taking pictures and documenting and then cleaning everything up. And placed all the fans in air ventlers to be used for 3 days. He was very well informative, educated and explained the process. He talk to the insurance adjuster and claim agent. He did all the hard work for me! I would definitely refer just out to my family and friends for any of their water damage restoration services. It was a long process to get everything done back together. Jess was always there willing with a helping hand. He said that he would help in any way that he can. To please let him know which he has done so! ☺️

HSL showed up promptly and worked until the clean up had been completed. They were on site when they said they would be, and they worked without breaks or leaving until their job was completed. They were very professional, and gave us great advice. We highly recommend HSL!

I can only assume you are at the very beginning of what I like to call a ‘forced remodel’ and you are frantically on an adrenaline driven search for a trustworthy company to immediately eliminate any sign of whatever disaster you are currently facing. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT! HSL Restoration not only provided extensive knowledge of the journey that I was abruptly forced to embark on, but they were a constant comforting soundboard. I’ve NEVER had customer service as genuinely honest and supportive as the customer service that I received from HSL Restoration. They went above and beyond long after their portion of the journey was complete. They continuously checked in to make sure that the process of reviving my home back to normal was running seamlessly. When it wasn’t, they were the first (and only) ones to offer whatever they could to make my day-to-day life more manageable. Words and review stars will never be able to fully express how grateful I am that HSL Restoration was part of my journey.

HSL restoration took such good care of us, hopefully we never need restoration services again but if we do, they will be the ones we call as well as send our friends and family to them also. Jess was so professional and helpful when our home had a small housefire. The time that was spent with cleanup was extremely thorough and beyond our expectations. We were directed to the people we needed for textiles cleaned and replacement of damaged materials. I highly recommend HSL Restoration.
